Building an Accessible Website

Visualeze believe in trying to make website information and functionality accessible equally to all visitors. This website has been constructed with usability and accessibility in mind, so the vast majority of visitors can easily navigate to the information they require. In addition, you will find a number of features [primarily access keys] that make it more accessible to users with impairments who may be using non-standard browsers and readers.

Accessibility Reports and Services

As part of the design process for new websites, visualeze will advise clients on how to best make the site accessible and take the lead on the implementation of features, whether the site is required to meet fully the current UK Government website accessibility guidelines, the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines or simply enabled to a level which deals with the major hurdles for visitors with disabilities.

Accessibility audits can also be carried out on existing sites either as a standalone service or as part of a proposed website rebuild or restyling.
